New Loft Conversion

The site is occupied with a terraced 4-storey split into two flats, the building is constructed in solid masonry internal and external walls, boarded timber-joist floors, and pitched tiled timber roof. The flat in question occupies the first, second and a third storey of the building. Part of the spine wall dividing the existing bedrooms on the second floor will be demolished to allow two new built-in wardrobes. The loft is being enlarged from the previous conversion into a more comfortable and open habitable room proving an en-suite and enough space for a comfortable large Hammock!

In this project we provided Structural Engineering Services and Party Wall agreements.
